Women’s Health Physical Therapy
Consultation
A one-on-one Women’s Health Consultation visit with a Peripartum Physical Therapist will empower you with the tools you need to be Supermom. We can help answer your questions about pregnancy or recovery and design a program specific to your needs. We’ll determine which program is right for you: Physical Therapy or Performance Training (online or in-person). At the end of your one-on-one visit, you’ll have a clear picture of what you need to do for the best pregnancy and recovery for you.
Physical Therapy throughout your pregnancy can help prepare your body for a smoother pregnancy, birth, and quicker recovery. If you are experiencing pelvic or low back pain, pregnancy or menopause associated pain, incontinence, or want to get your body stronger following a birth, we are here for you! We can help restore muscle imbalances, decrease pain, and get you back to enjoying life with a strong, healthy body! We will provide you with a comprehensive individualized evaluation, getting to know YOU and considering all aspects of your life. We are here to help you navigate the complex, and sometimes embarrassing world of pelvic health and offer home visits for your convenience and comfort.

This class is ideal for expecting and new moms to 6 months postpartum that want safe exercise, designed and instructed by a Women’s Health Physical Therapist to keep you active, healthy, and pain or injury free as you embark on this incredible journey! Knowing how to stay active safely will help keep you pain-free, recover quicker, and avoid postpartum complications. You will learn exercise techniques with a program to help you through the changes of pregnancy, as well as get you back to feeling your best after your little one is born! Dr. Wickett will always modify the class to fit YOUR needs. Meet other moms experiencing changes alongside you for the support you need! Moms are always welcome to bring your new little one to the class!
