Our team of Doctors of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists will help improve athletic ability and prepare your body for your upcoming season! Our summer camps are open to both Boys & Girls Athletes and focus on Injury Prevention and Strength, Speed, Agility, & Jump Training.
Athletes will focus on Strength, Speed, Agility, and Jump Training as they prepare for the upcoming sports seasons! We emphasize proper movement techniques and injury prevention to keep our athletes healthy on and off the field! Training will consist of: Upper & Lower Body Plyometric Training, Barbell & Dumbbell Resistance Training, Acceleration & Deceleration Training, Band Resisted & Assisted Running, Agility Ladder & Cone Drills, Core Stability, and Mobility Drills. Pre & Post Testing: Vertical Jump, Broad Jump, Pro-Agility, L-Drill, 10 & 40 Yard Dash, Top Speed in MPH. All groups will have 2 coaches present to ensure each athlete receives an individualized training experience.
Open to Boys & Girls, Grades 6-12.
