Dr. Rhianna Wickett, PT, DPT, CSCS
Director of Women’s Health Therapy
Rhianna graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Level I certified in Blood Flow Restriction Training, and a previous EMT. While at USD, Dr. Wickett researched the effects of various treatments including manual therapy and exercise on trigger points, which is a common cause of pain within the shoulder girdle. She has also completed The Otago Exercise Program: Falls Prevention Training, an evidence-based fall prevention certification. Her clinical studies emphasized Women's Health, Neurological and Vestibular Conditions, and Orthopedics. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in pre-medicine from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology. Rhianna was a ballet dancer for almost 20 years, which allows her to treat performing arts athletes with special insight into the unique skillset required of these athletes. She is passionate about providing each patient individualized care backed by the latest research and educating patients about their condition to make lifelong changes. She has also completed continuing education in women's health physical therapy to treat a wide range of conditions relating to pelvic floor health throughout the lifespan, including pre/post-natal conditions, incontinence, prolapse, sexual dysfunction, and pelvic pain. In her free time, Rhianna enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, friends, and dog Zippy.
Dr. Britt Wickett, PT, DPT, CSCS
Director of Sports Performance Training
Britt graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is Level I certified in Blood Flow Restriction Training. Dr. Wickett has also completed The Otago Exercise Program: Falls Prevention Training, an evidence-based fall prevention certification. At the University of South Dakota, Dr. Wickett conducted research involving the flexibility of aging athletes at the National Senior Games. He has also volunteered at USD athlete screenings and Special Olympics FUNfitness. His clinical studies emphasized Sports & Orthopedics, Rural Medicine, and Geriatric Health. Britt is a Brandon, SD native and participated in football, basketball, and track at Brandon Valley High School. He graduated from Division II Southwest Minnesota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and minor in Coaching. While attending SMSU he was a wide receiver for the football team and helped the Mustangs to their 1st ever Mineral Water Bowl appearance in 2013. In his free time Britt enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, friends, and dog Zippy.
Dr. Anna Mork, PT, DPT
Anna graduated from the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, where she gained clinical experience in Sports & Orthopedics, Manual Therapy, Rural Medicine, and Neurological and Vestibular Conditions. She has completed HEADs UP Concussion Training and The Otago Exercise Program: Falls Prevention Training, an evidence-based fall prevention certification. At MCSHS, Dr. Mork researched the effects of motor learning strategies on balance performance. Anna is a Minnesota native and participated in volleyball, basketball, softball, and track growing up. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors biking, hiking the Black Hills, fishing, and being on the water. She is passionate about meeting patients where they are at in their health journey and helping them find ways to make sustainable and enjoyable changes to their fitness routines.
Dr. Austin Asay, PT, DPT
Austin graduated from Missouri State University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy with further education in multiple areas since graduation including pelvic floor, sports emergency readiness, and IAOM musculoskeletal techniques. She has a special interest in neurological conditions and is planning on sitting for an additional board exam to expand her ability to serve her patients needs. Austin chose to become a Physical Therapist because she believes in helping people return to not only what they need to do, but also what they want to do with a focus on her patients becoming independent in their own health. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors with her family and five dogs, taking on new hobbies such as gardening, and will always make time for a good book. Austin is originally a Wyomingite and is new to the Rapid City area, she is excited to make South Dakota her home and serve the Rapid City community.

Meet Sarah, our multi-talented Office Manager with a heart as vast as her love for the outdoors. With over 9 years of office management experience, she ensures smooth operations while spreading warmth and compassion to patients and staff alike. Beyond her professional endeavors, Sarah loves being outside, whether it's hiking, fishing, or simply enjoying the sunshine. Her greatest treasures are her children and grandbabies, who fill her life with boundless love and laughter. Alongside her professional commitments, Sarah is also a licensed hair stylist, weaving creativity and care into every hairstyle she crafts.
Zippy, Public Relations Manager
Zippy holds herself to high standards as the Elevate Performance Public Relations Manager. Through Zippy's life experiences, she has also earned the title of Expert Adventurer and Nap-taker. Zippy truly believes that a well-rounded life of running, playing, napping, and snacking on any doggie treats or peanut butter are the secrets to a happy life!
