Description:

The ideal candidate is a self starter wanting to work one-on-one with their patients and has experience in outpatient therapy to treat populations with orthopedic, neurological, cardiovascular, geriatric, and orthopedic conditions. Our company strives to provide the therapist a position to further their skills with continuing education and pursue areas of treatment they are passionate about. Requirements:

  • Doctorate of Physical or Occupational Therapy from an accredited program/ PTA degree from an accredited program

  • SD licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist/PTA

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology

  • Excellent patient care skills

  • New graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and report on patients’ progress across the entirety of treatment

  • Develop detailed treatment and care plans specific to each patient

  • Provide 1:1 therapy and interact with the patient

  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises

  • Monitor patient progress and Document per state and professional requirements

  • Communicate with referring providers/physicians as to the progress the patient is making

  • Embrace role as a team player to provide outstanding care and meet demands of clinic schedule

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
